Workplace Investigations & Executive Dispute Resolution
Independent, senior-level expertise for organisations navigating complex and sensitive workplace situations. Discreet. Decisive. Trusted.
We step in when the situation is too sensitive, too complex, or too important to handle alone.
About
FullertonHR was founded by Suki Allday, a former Chief People Officer with extensive board-level experience in professional services. After years advising partners, boards and senior leaders on the most complex people situations, she now works independently — bringing that same judgement to organisations that need it most.
The work is rarely straightforward. It involves allegations, breakdowns, disputes and often exits where legal risk, reputational exposure and human complexity intersect. We bring clarity, control and resolution — and stay involved until the outcome works in practice.
RESOLVING WHAT MATTERS
What We Do
From early mediation through formal investigation to executive resolution and post-outcome coaching — we provide the right level of support at every stage.
Independent investigations into bullying, harassment, whistleblowing and misconduct. Rigorous, defensible and handled with discretion.
Strategic support for senior-level conflicts, partner breakdowns and leadership disputes where internal handling is no longer viable.
Managed exits for senior individuals — strategy, negotiation, settlement and confidential offboarding handled with care and control.
Independent chairing of disciplinary hearings and formal appeals at senior and partnership level.
Structured mediation to resolve conflict between employees, managers or partners before situations escalate.
Coaching and stabilisation after resolution — addressing the leadership and behavioural dynamics that legal processes alone do not fix.
How We Work
Within 24–48 hours, we understand the situation, identify risks and agree a recommended approach.
Clear terms of reference, timeline and fixed fees agreed upfront. No surprises.
Senior-led throughout. We manage stakeholders, conduct interviews and handle complexity directly.
Written findings, recommendations and a verbal briefing to leadership. Defensible and thorough.
Coaching and stabilisation where needed — ensuring the outcome works in practice, not just on paper.
